ValueSpace (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and SmartLARMS, the platform it markets. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it. By using this site you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

What you give us

If you book a demo or download a template, we collect your name, email address, organisation, and any message you include. That is the entirety of the form — we do not ask for anything beyond it.

What we collect automatically

Standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps), used only to keep the site running and secure.

3. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising scripts. Nothing about your visit is tracked across sessions, profiled, or shared with an ad network.

This site currently runs no analytics script of any kind.

4. How We Use It

Information submitted through a form on this site is used to:

• respond to your enquiry or send the resource you requested;
• follow up about SmartLARMS if you booked a demo;
• keep an internal record of enquiries.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Data Sharing

Form submissions are delivered by Postmark, our transactional email provider, and stored on our own servers. We do not share this information with any other third party except where required by law.

6. Data Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and to maintain a business record of leads, and delete them on request — see Contact below.

7. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Access — see what we hold about you;
• Correct — fix anything inaccurate;
• Delete — remove your information from our records.

8. Children’s Privacy

This site is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
